Guidelines for Filling the Online Application

Online Registration

The seafarer (candidate) must first complete the online registration on the DG Shipping portal.

Submit Eligibility

After registration, the candidate must submit their eligibility details accurately.

Fee Payment & Evaluation

Once details are submitted and the profile assignment fee is paid, the MMD will proceed with the evaluation.

MMD Approval

After receiving approval from MMD, the candidate becomes eligible to book a slot.

Download Admit Card

Once the examination slot is booked, the candidate may download the admit card.

Attend Examination

The candidate must appear for the examination at the selected MMD location.

View Results

Results of the written and oral examinations will be published on the portal.

Obtain Certificate

Upon passing, the candidate can obtain the relevant certificate.
